African American Juvenile Justice Project(@JeffersonandCo):🚨Kansas HB 2299 does not authorize the taking of student cellphones. The law says that students must turn off phones during classroom hours or "bell to bell." The confiscating of phones is a violation of their rights. The government cannot seize their property. #HB2299
