What I like about Shelyhina Kateryna’s Stained Glass Cat is how the broken pieces become the whole point.
Up close, it’s a collection of irregular shards; under natural light, those same fragments suddenly give the cat colour, depth and a kind of glow. There’s something fitting about using discarded glass to create an animal that looks almost alive.
