That’s fundamentally different from SaaS. SaaS gives me tools and leaves me with the work. Agents increasingly take the objective and return completed operations. I don’t want 15 more AI buttons. I want to describe the job once, inspect what happened and approve the 2 or 3 decisions where my judgment actually matters.
