Let’s take consecutive Fibonacci numbers and form their ratios by dividing each number by the previous one.
Can you see where the ratios in the right column are heading? As we use higher and higher consecutive Fibonacci numbers, the ratios get closer to the Golden Ratio, approximately 1.61803… In fact, the limit of the terms in the right column is exactly the Golden Ratio.
