Back when I was a non-voting Democrat, I was a thief—a convicted felon. Today, I’m a tax-paying, functioning member of society, and I’m a Republican. That change came from learning the importance of law and order and understanding that the choices we make have consequences—not just for ourselves, but for the people who come after us. I don’t want those who come after me to believe they have to do what I did or live the way I lived just to survive or get by. I believe in personal responsibility, accountability, and the rule of law. As Margaret Thatcher once said: “Crime is not a sickness to be cured. It is a temptation to be resisted, a threat to be deterred and an evil to be punished. Obedience to the law is demanded as a right, not asked as a favor.” For me, this isn’t simply about politics. It’s about where I came from, what I learned, and what I want for the people who come after me. I know what it means to live on the wrong side of the law. I also know what it means to turn your life around. That experience has shaped the values I hold today—and the kind of future I want to help build for my family, my community, and the next generation. Because of this, I'm asking you to join me in voting for and supporting Ken Paxton as the next United States Senator for Texas and every other Republican on your ballot this November. For me, for you and most importantly, for those families stuck in Democrat strongholds. The Republican party brought us out of bondage once... its time to have another go at it!
