They're hereditary football aristocracy, families with the cash, connections, and know-how to pay for every fancy facility, private course, and elite pathway that actually matters. It takes some Olympic-level mental gymnastics to pretend Erling Haaland is just "ordinary Norwegian football culture" when the lad has been micromanaged into superstardom by his dad-manager since he could walk. He's basically a walking billboard for inherited advantage dressed up in Viking helmets.
