Held off from speaking about this due to many reasons. Conversations with Neon himself, conversations with others, seeing posts the same posts calling him out, hoping that would've been enough to change. I understand being busy with life, certain reasons that could prevent one from getting work done, but heck...why bite more you could chew? Neon is a talented artist that I saved up to commission and was lovely to meet in 2022 but as a business exchange, it is definitely unacceptable and far from what was promised for our hard-earned money.
