Exactly. CPU used to define the baseline computer architecture. Now it is GPU.
Once, “heterogeneous computing” meant offloading from CPUs to GPUs and other accelerators. GPUs led the hetero gang.
Now NVIDIA GPUs are the homogeneous baseline. Everyone else is hetero.
Apparently, “homo” is the leader and “hetero” is everyone trying to assist or dethrone it.
