I agreed with much of the controversial @JAMA_current piece on autonomous AI by @ZekeEmanuel @vkhosla @nealkhosla & @AbeBakerButler. Given a clean set of clinical facts, AI will often beat MDs on dx & Rx. But there's far more to the story. My new Substack:
