I’ve seen it happen more than once. Friends who use Trust Wallet have run into the same issue. Sometimes the balance just won’t show up, and the only workaround is re-importing the recovery phrase. For a wallet backed by Binance and trusted by so many because of CZ, this kind of basic reliability issue is really disappointing.
