On the other hand, people who have been able to make money through multiple cycles trends should be followed closely.
(DeFi summer, ICOs, NFTs, gaming, memecoins, InfoFi, etc)
People who made it in previous cycles usually aren't the best people to listen to, because every cycle has a different playbook and requires a different skill set.
Building generational wealth through NFTs in 2021 looked very different from doing it with memecoins in 2024 or InfoFi in 2025.
And it will look different again from whatever 2026 or 2027 brings.
The best strategy is to find the leaders of the current cycle and meta, not the previous one
