Their youngest child, an infant baby, requires milk and diapers, and each of the four school-aged children needs $70 in school fees, though earlier efforts to earn money by selling water were unsuccessful. After a piece of shrapnel pierced the roof of their current room, fortunately injuring no one, Heba, with her 16-year-old daughter Nagham, launched a fundraising campaign to cover ongoing rent, food, winter essentials like blankets and mattresses, medical needs including Heba's breathing medications, baby supplies, and educational support so Nagham and her siblings can resume schooling.
