Would be wild to see the (current) SEC forcing Congress’s hand to pass crypto legislation after years of the (prior) SEC attempting to claim all crypto oversight as its own.

Perhaps certain influential Senators came to their senses and realized the SEC could & would move forward on crypto innovation with or w/out Congress.
If so, would bode well for Clarity Act passing.
