A man waiting at the stall next to me steps over and says, “Let me help you with that,” as he lifts one of the boxes into my trunk. I thanked him and he said, “Of course, what kind of man would I be if I didn’t help a pregnant woman with heavy boxes.” I laughed and said, “Well I appreciate the help, but I’m not pregnant.” The man’s face drops and he looked absolutely mortified.
