Today, I joined survivors, local business owners, and community leaders in Santa Rosa to call on Governor Newsom to sign AB 2700, the Fire Victim Restitution and Recovery Act. My legislation passed the Legislature with unanimous bipartisan support. It’s common sense: victims deserve to be made whole, and the utility responsible should be held accountable. Governor Newsom should sign AB 2700.
