This nomination will make the Eighth Circuit the first Trump-appointee majority circuit in the country.
A massive win against lawfare and rogue judges.
Another *yuge* nomination coming from President Trump. Judge Lee Rudofsky will immediately give the excellent Judges Justin Smith and Traynor runs for their money as the best new Eighth Circuit judge. As an Eighth Circuit practitioner, I could not be more excited.
