If you ask them what they learned, you'll learn that they didn't learn the right lesson. 14/ I forgot who said this but I loved it: "the world is not intelligence gated. It's energy gated and courage gated" 15/ Mimetic desire and memetic rivalry explain 50% of my life-worsening-behaviors. Probably yours too. 16/ Bryan Johnson is the savviest social media creator in the world 17/ Listening to books or podcasts on 1.5x+ speed is like saving sex for old age. It just doesn't make much sense given the nature of the activity. 18/ Many of the most influential people in podcasting are dudes who are single and childless. That's probably going to have weird consequences. 19/ Making money, investing money, and spending money are 3 independent skillsets. But skill in one leads to foolish confidence in the other 2 areas.
