Do want to hire innovators or laggards?
If I ever interview a candidate again, my questions will be
1. What make and model phone do you have?
2. What car do you drive?
3. What is your favorite sports team?
The last one doesn’t matter. It’s a diversion. Everything I need to know is in the first two questions.
