I can’t wait to get the next-gen Tesla Roadster and hear people tell me, “You got lucky.” And when I prove to the world that I can make $1M a year owning my own fleet of Tesla Robotaxis, I’m sure they’ll call that luck too. I guess I’ve been “lucky” my whole life then. Lucky to become the youngest working at Apple at 22. Lucky to become financially free by 31. Lucky to own my own portfolio of real estate in one of the most expensive place on Earth, manage it myself, and build something outside of a normal 9-to-5. Lucky to build my voice on 𝕏 from nothing to where what I say actually matters and reaches millions of people. Lucky to see Tesla and SpaceX differently before a lot of people understood what they could become. And maybe one day, lucky enough to build a Robotaxi fleet that produces $1M a year while the cars are out there working for me. The list goes on and on. People usually only see the result. They rarely see the years behind it. The late nights. The risks. The patience. The learning. The mistakes. The times people laughed, doubted you, or thought you were crazy and you kept going anyway. Luck is when preparation meets opportunity. You still have to recognize the opportunity when it shows up. You still have to prepare yourself for it. And you still have to have the balls to go harder when everyone around you thinks you’re wrong. There’s only one person I know who works harder and smarter than me, and that’s Elon Musk. Watching how he thinks, builds, takes risks, and keeps pushing has only raised the standard I hold myself to. So when the Roadster is in my driveway, the Robotaxi fleet is running, and the numbers are there for everyone to see, people can call me lucky. I’ll just smile. Bc I’ll know exactly how much work went into creating that “luck.”
