Arriving at a Supercharger with a low state of charge is optimal for the maximum (fastest) charge possible.
Eli could reach nearly 80% in 20 minutes from 3%.
Because the battery charges slower at higher states of charge, charging from 30% to 80% takes almost the same time (on a Tesla V3 or V4 Supercharger).
