During his 181 days behind bars, he lost 90 pounds, slept on concrete, lived surrounded by feces and drank toilet water after his sink was reportedly shut off. He repeatedly begged for help before dying of thirst. His family said he deteriorated so badly they barely recognized his body. Horrific.
