Turbulence can look violent from inside an airplane, but aircraft are built to handle it.
The wings have huge surface areas, so they respond differently and more quickly to updrafts and downdrafts than the fuselage. That flexing is expected—and the wings are engineered with substantial safety margins to withstand the loads turbulence can impose.
That wing flex you see is by design.
Video shows JetBlue A321 hitting turbulence.
