@ClearpoolFin is building XRP Ledger credit rails with XLS-65 vaults and XLS-66 lending. @cicadacredit underwrites the credit and @Ripple participates as an LP / capital provider. We cover the private credit model, ledger-native security, institutional use on XRPL, and on-chain uses of borrowed capital.
