Elon keeps showing people a future actually worth wanting • Abundance of goods and services • Universal high income • Intelligence available to everyone • AI relentlessly pursuing truth • Huge support for open source • Work eventually becoming optional • Capabilities for humanity that were once unimaginable This isn’t some new turning point for Elon. This optimism has always been at the core of what he is building toward He has warned about AI risks for years. Probably more than anyone actually That concern is also part of why he started OpenAI as a nonprofit built with one goal of making advanced AI benefit humanity But he never made fear the vision His vision is that if we get AI right, humanity becomes dramatically more prosperous, intelligent and capable than ever before Being cautious matters But people don’t need endless predictions about everything AI will take away from them They need someone showing them what the future can give them That’s the difference with Elon
