Paramount is already in a position that it has to leave, in tranches.
No visibility going several years out into tax credits, the political whims etc.
Fiduciary obligations to shareholders is still a thing.
Boeing had issues with very hostile Wa State politicians (triple taxation with only a small rebate given in tax credits per head, they became campaign season after campaign season a whipping boy) and it took them almost 15 years to build the density of real estate, supply chain and vendors to move to S.C.
Paramount can move much faster
