Everyone is talking about @OmarchyLinux as an operating system.
I think they're missing the interesting part.
@dhh isn't just building software. He's building a movement.
For my marketer friends, this is straight out of Russell Brunson's Expert Secrets.
Omarchy has a worldview. An enemy. A philosophy. A community. A visual identity. Meetups. Competitions. Patrons. Contributors.
It's not about features and benefits.
It's about taking a stance.
Casting a vision of how things should be.
Product is important, but people don't follow a product they follow a leader with a vision.
The best marketing often doesn't look like marketing.
