A Stockton City Council candidate (Democrat-backed... shocker...) just got arrested for ELECTION FRAUD after lying about where she lived! Desiree Lynch, running in District 5, was booked on five felony charges including perjury and filing a false declaration of candidacy. The San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office says a six-week investigation found she registered to vote and filed as a candidate using addresses where she did not live. One of the addresses was a cocktail lounge. Another was an apartment complex. She actually resided in Lodi and north Stockton, outside the district. Bail was set at $100,000. If convicted on all counts she faces up to six years and eight months in prison. She has already been released on bond and is scheduled to appear in court.
