What does the global AI talent landscape look like in 2025?
Our new Carnegie China study tracks where top AI researchers are working, where they were educated, and how those patterns have changed since 2022.
A few findings:
• 41% work in China vs. 34% in the U.S.
• 57% received their undergraduate degree in China
• NUS and NTU are now both in the global top 20
• Peking University ranks #1# among the top 30 institutions
