What the life maxxers miss:
Sometimes there is no balance. Today I wrote for 6 hours and did not eat. Did not move. Did not stretch my hip flexors.
But I had an incredible day. When you have a wave of creativity or inspiration you need to chase it. Not schedule for tomorrow’s 5 - 7 AM work block you need to go now. That is reality.
