Americans don't like boring drugs. If you give an American drug addict some menthol powder instead of cocaine laced with fentanyl they're gonna shoot you
Every year at Oktoberfest I always see this white menthol powder that people snort openly
Why is it not more common in the US?
It feels like a much safer alternative to cocaine
