这本来是个大问题。但是现在这逐渐地又变成一个不是问题的问题。因为现在下级逐渐地发现上级所谓的加压的文件很多都是 AI 生成的。然后下级就用 AI 又糊弄过去。或者是把采集到的数据一股脑儿放到电脑里边。然后上级要数据的时候，直接用智能体来把这些数据汇编之后弄上去，反应得又快又好。总之一句话，公务员作用慢慢在淡化。实际上我们国家很可能是世界上最早实现 AI 治国的国家，只是大家都不心知肚明，不说而已。
