API credits would power daily maintainer automation—issue triage, bug fixes, PR review, docs/tests and releases—and fund experiments, benchmarks, tutorials, and playful demos like Rust Beautifier that showcase ast-grep/wasm in the browser, benefiting downstream users from Codemod to Rspack, SWC and Shopify.
