In a meeting with HR and the recruitment agency, they said they would receive the employees first salary, pay it to the employee themselves, and provide the employees salary account details only from the second month. You already charge the company for recruitment. So why the hell are you collecting the employees salary too? Salary belongs to the employee. Recruitment agencies should get paid for recruitment, not control the employees first paycheck.
