The popular consumer agent Instinct, as well as Meta's new Muse app, and Town, Grokbot, are all competing to become familiar enough with your life (and work) that you can delegate completely. Companies that win here will "earn" the right to valuable context accumulating through doing the work and living life, and earning the trust for deeper access and permission over time requires a new standard for privacy, control, and security. Net new infrastructure will be built for seamless orchestrating across heterogeneous environments -- same context, fully controlled, different harnesses, different modalities. Incumbents like Apple, as their chips continue to improve for on-device inference, and Google, with search and G suite, can both benefit tremendously.
