It is completely legal in America for a corporation to lay off its entire American workforce and replace them with foreign workers at a fraction of the cost. It has a name. H-1B visa program. Companies use it to import cheaper labor while Americans who built those departments train their own replacements before walking out the door. Disney did it. Abbott Labs did it. Southern California Edison did it. Made American employees train the people taking their jobs or forfeit their severance. This is not a loophole. This is the system working exactly as designed by the politicians those same corporations funded. And every two years those same politicians stand on a stage and talk about fighting for the American worker. Then go back to Washington and do nothing. Because the corporations write the checks. And the workers just write the votes.
