I wrote this a few days after Trump suddenly sent warships to Venezuela—which was the last day of the Trump-Putin “summit” in Alaska.
What if the “deal” Trump made was that Putin would let Trump take Venezuela’s oil in exchange for Ukraine? How would things look any different?
