As the annual #HanKuang# exercises begin, I observed drills at Taipei Port focusing on denial measures, obstacle deployment & naval mine-loading, as well as the wartime refitting of a Coast Guard vessel. #Taiwan# remains firm in its resolve to defend freedom & safeguard peace.
