No one can fix South Africa because it’s filled with South Africans. You can only blame Apartheid for so long before the excuse wears off. Japan was firebombed into oblivion and nuked twice during World War II. South Korea was invaded by North Korea, militarily occupied, and had almost every square inch of the country bombed during the Korean War. Look at where Japan and South Korea found themselves 32 years later in 1977 and 1984 respectively. The fact that South Africa has become a de-developing developing country is not something you can pin on Apartheid any longer. The country is a failed state because the people inhabiting it are a failed people who clearly do not know how to build or even maintain anything great.
