unpopular take but sometimes i ask the ai too much bullshit that i wouldn't really ask a real doctor or advisor because deep down i know im wasting their time

this is well aligned model behavior and you see the same from psychotherapists who want to help their patients stop ruminating. the best possible digital assistant will not be one that never causes you discomfort
