Liqian Ren(@liqian_ren):I called 055112315 (the govt consumer complaint hotline for Hefei city) yesterday and China Mobil called back and willing to reimburse two years of time the account was suspended. Money was small but the speed of addressing it was impressive. China Mobil agent said that all in all, they could reactivate virtually. But we’ve already bought a new number. They had mixed messaging. If they had give us the virtual activation option a week ago instead of telling us to go to Hefei to reactivate, we would have kept that number.
