- shipped and maintained developer surfaces
- dogfooded + help ship models, apps and APIs
- built evals + artefacts to understand model capability
- been perpetually “on-call”
- met with customers, startups and developers
- done webinars, podcasts and meetups
- shipped code + skills used by 20M+ people in Codex or ChatGPT Work
- brought teams together and built the foundations for our operations in Europe
- hiring (lots of it)
it’s been a hoot and a half. grateful that I get to do all of this with such a kick-ass team
time to lock in harder!
