In 2024, Trump won Miami-Dade County (~70% Hispanic) by 11.5 points while explicitly campaigning on “MASS DEPORTATION NOW.” He put the slogan in all caps and distributed it on placards. It’s no mystery why his administration has felt empowered to hit the gas on this issue.
