this is desperately needed in SF where artists have been arguably even more priced out - but possibly via philanthropic capital associated with the AI ecosystem?
it’s also strange that there is so much philanthropic goodwill within frontier labs but little of it seems to be invested back into the city that’s supporting the AI boom, but has been extremely hallowed out culturewise due to rising costs of living
