a lot of crypto VCs are having to either:
1) start investing outside of pure crypto
2) allocate more to their liquid books
most will have an easier time with 2) than 1) imo.
because VCs are not liquid fund managers, they need to place bets that are “consensus” or easily defendable to their LPs.
