I've been fortunate to see this industry from almost every seat — running listings, business development, and partnerships globally, and later building out payments and BitMart Card. I've watched thousands of tokens launch, seen full market cycles play out, and worked with teams building this industry in every time zone. If those years taught me one thing, it's this: exchanges don't win on features, they win on trust, liquidity, and showing up for users through every cycle. They also showed me the biggest mismatch in crypto: for years, the most innovative products lived offshore, while the deepest pool of users — Americans — were left with a narrow menu. That's the opportunity I'm here for. BitMart US is a crypto platform operating across all 50 states, built so Americans can trade, earn, and spend crypto with confidence — with the product depth of a global exchange and the accountability of a company that answers to its users at home. We're early. Which means the decisions that matter most are still in front of us — what to build, who to serve first, what kind of company this becomes.
