I put together a quick and dirty analysis of the combination using consensus estimates. Iridium certainly improves Rocket Lab's margins and profitability in exchange for a reduction in topline growth. If Rocket Lab can maintain Iridium's revenue and take some costs out (not modeled), the deal should be great for the company's future.
