Remember when, if you wanted to watch UFC, 1 event cost you $80 AND you had to have a $12 monthly UFC subscription and then Paramount+ acquired the rights to UFC and now it just costs $9 a month on Paramount+ to watch every single UFC event? Man did Paramount hurt consumers…

The amount of low IQ takes on the Paramount deal is baffling. This guy is claiming that WB is thriving ™ while failing to mention that WB(D)...IS A GIANT MERGER ITSELF. How do you simultaneously brag about the strength of a mega-merger while saying "mergers bad"? Not only is Warner/Discovery a mega-merger, it's like 5 mega mergers rolled into one. In 2022, Discovery merged with Warner Brothers...which was acquired in a 2018 merger with Time-Warner, which was the product of the 1996 merger with TBS, which was preceded by the 1990 merger of Time Inc and Warner Communications (eyes crossed yet?). How can you isolate your claim of Warner Bros success from that long legacy of mergers that built the company to what it is today? Willful ignorance, that's how. All of the "celeb" critics of the deal are wealthy employees of the Disney/Marvel/Fox mega-merger...the amount of hypocrisy is so absurd, it's obviously not hypocrisy...it's just hierarchy. They're just scammers. They simply hate Larry Ellison because he has slightly different political views than filthy communists. They would have ZERO problem with the billionaires at Netflix or Amazon snatching up Warner Bros. These people are cowards, so they won't admit that they simply view this merger battle as a proxy war against the President, which explains why they come up with the most obtuse and shamelessly hypocritical, self-unaware, and ignorant arguments to try and defend their position...just have some balls and say "orange man bad". Stupid communists.
