Why is this either A or B?
This vote is a referendum of what the Solana community wants Solana to be. Do we want Solana to be a finance focused blockchain with a focus on free cash flow to solana:So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112? Or do we want Solana to be a general purpose blockchain which is not optimized for any specific use case?
