The protocol is live, but the bigger design space is still taking shape.
the architecture of @theInterfold is built around incompleteness. deliberately, not as a failure condition but as a trust(less) mechanism: > partial knowledge. > partial authority. because parties with limited knowledge of one another can still communicate through a shared interface and language, coordination becomes possible without requiring full visibility or agreement. ciphernodes follow the same principle: each holds incomplete authority, but their relationship composes into a consequential capability for a specific instance. the broader idea is then simple: a viable coordination system does not necessarily require everyone to know the same things, trust the same parties, or hold the same power. it requires the right arrangement of incomplete knowledge, bounded authority, and shared rules so that their composition can still produce a valid consequence another piece soon; on Ciphernodes and the intersection of our love life.
