City.AI(@thecityai):Why do SaaS companies often encounter problems when adding AI features? SaaS is built on deterministic logic (Input A always yields Output B). LLMs, however, are stochastic engines (probabilistic). When you inject a "black box" that produces non-deterministic results into a precision-oriented workflow, the product loses its reliability. Users don't want a productivity tool that "hallucinates" 5% of the time.
